Traditions Moves from 48th to 39th Largest Senior Living Provider in Argentum’s 2022 Largest Providers Report

Growth is always seen as a positive. But being bigger isn’t always equivalent with being better. That’s why Traditions has committed to being our personal best as we continue to add communities throughout the Midwest and Northeast.

When this year’s annual 2022 Largest Providers Report was released, we were thrilled to see that we had moved up to number 39 in total number of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care housing units.

It’s easy to see why that’s a win for our organization, but we know better than to think it’s that simple when it comes to our residents and families.

“We are proud of our organizational growth, no question” said Andy Wade, Principal at Traditions Management, “but we look at it as a way to make life-enhancing services, amenities and care available to more seniors and families. When one community innovates, everything we learn is shared with the rest of Traditions’ communities. Bigger becomes better because we have a larger pool of talent and leadership to share for the benefit of our residents and professionals.”

Traditions continues to expand with new construction and by partnering with other communities to breathe new life into old properties. This growth is leveraged to enhance the way we recruit and train professionals, design community spaces and deliver the highest level of care.
