If there is one word that captures who Erin Shultz is to Park Place Senior Living, it’s service. For more than five years, Erin has been a steady, compassionate, and deeply dedicated presence in our community. As our Unit Coordinator, she manages the clinical schedule with remarkable organization and grace — balancing countless moving pieces while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her calm, supportive approach makes an enormous difference in the daily lives of both our residents and our team.

“Erin consistently goes above and beyond to support both our residents and team members, often handling challenges that many never see. Her work may not always receive the recognition it deserves, but it is deeply appreciated and essential to our daily operations. We are incredibly fortunate to have Erin on our team, and her commitment to service does not go unnoticed.” Samantha Domurat, Assistant Executive Director, Park Place Senior Living

Erin’s journey at Park Place has taken her through several roles, including Receptionist, Aide, Scheduler, and even helping in Dietary. Each position has given her a unique perspective on the heart of our community, and she carries those experiences with her every day. She often says that everything has to “fall into place perfectly” for Park Place to run well, and thanks to her, it does.

Before joining senior living, Erin grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, after being born in Naples, Florida. Today, she and her husband, Granville, are raising their two sweet boys, Archie and Harvey, who are 2 and 3 years old. When she’s not at Park Place, you’ll likely find her gardening, crocheting, making candles, or diving into one of her many DIY hobbies, which she lovingly calls her “grandma hobbies.”

What Erin treasures most about her time at Park Place is the relationships she’s built. “I have been blessed to have seen many sides of Park Place. I have worked at the reception desk, as an aide, scheduling, and even in dietary. I am thankful for the relationships and growth within myself that I have gained from Park Place!” she said.

Erin’s dedication, patience, and compassion embody the very best of Park Place. She supports our residents, our families, and our team with a level of care that inspires everyone around her.
