Meet Kimm Lowen of Park Place Senior Living, our August Employee of the Month!

Kimm has been with Park Place Senior Living for five years. She began her career at Park Place, Fort Wayne, Indiana, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). However, she quickly became a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) by completing approximately 100 hours of additional pharmacology and medication knowledge training and passing a written test. Kimm is such a dedicated and caring employee that she was soon promoted to her current position as Park Place’s Move-In Coordinator.

As Park Place’s Move-in Coordinator, Kimm ensures that the move for a new resident and their family goes smoothly. She guides the first few weeks of this challenging transition by introducing new residents to their peers. She continually touches base with the family to see how our new residents are settling into their new homes.

When Kimm isn’t working, she loves to travel, dance, and spend time with her family and friends.

When asked why Kimm was nominated for Traditions Employee of the Month, Megan Dolinski, Park Place Senior Living’s Community Relations Director, said, “No matter how big or small the task, Kimm does everything in her power to go above and beyond for our new residents and their families.”
