KIMM LOWEN ~ MOVE-IN COORDINATOR

Meet Kimm Lowen of Park Place Senior Living, our August Employee of the Month! Kimm has been with Park Place Senior Living for 5 years. She began her career at Park Place, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), but quickly became a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) by completing approximately 100 hours of additional training in pharmacology and medication knowledge and passing a written test. Kimm is such a dedicated and caring employee, that she was soon promoted to her current position as Park Place’s Move-In Coordinator.
In her role as Park Place’s Move-in Coordinator, Kimm ensures that the move for a new resident and their family goes smoothly. She guides the first few weeks of this difficult transition by introducing new residents to their peers and continually touches base with the family to see how our new resident is settling into their new home.
When Kimm isn’t working, she absolutely loves to travel, dance and spend time with her family and friends.
When asked why Kimm was nominated for Traditions Employee of the Month, Megan Dolinski, Park Place Senior Living’s Community Relations Director said, “No matter how big or small the task, Kimm does everything in her power to go above and beyond for our new residents and their families.”
